Hi, I’m Manish, a product leader based in Bengaluru.

I build AI products that solve complex user problems at scale.

I’m a seasoned product manager with around 11 years of experience across product and software engineering.

Over the past seven years I’ve built and scaled B2B and B2B2C products powered by NLP, computer vision, Graph RAG and compound-AI systems for enterprises across industries. Since early 2020 I have consistently shipped cutting-edge AI products that have helped customers reduce costs, increase revenue and manage risk.

I enjoy working on ambiguous problems where product strategy, technology and commercial outcomes come together. My work spans product discovery and strategy to data and model evaluation, delivery, GTM and adoption.

A few things I’ve worked on

• Led the development of an AI-native copilot that reduced average bid-analysis time from six hours to 30 minutes.
• Launched and consolidated an AI-powered claims platform, migrated every customer from three legacy products and increased product revenue by 35%.
• Helped turn a document-processing API into a broader B2B SaaS platform with annotation, MLOps and analytics capabilities.

What I bring to the table

• AI product judgment: shaping RAG, agentic, computer-vision, NLP and human-in-the-loop capabilities into products customers can use inside critical workflows.
• 0-to-1 execution: moving from an ambiguous problem through discovery, strategy, evaluation, delivery and launch.

• Cross-functional leadership: working across engineering, data science, design, data, sales and customer-facing teams.

What I’m working on lately

I spend a lot of time these days building reusable agent skills and AI agents and experimenting with vibe coding. Token efficiency, instruction conflicts, workflow latency and AI-native UX are the areas I’m thinking most deeply about today.
